FILLING
STATION:
Servo-Motor is used
in filling station. This technology enables the operator to
adjust grama-settings on PLC touch-sensitive-screen. The machine
also has pump system in filling station and can fill every kind
of products. Some of these products are as follows ; milk ,
yoghurt , yoghurt with fruit pieces , water , fruit-juice ,
buttermilk jelly , creamcheese , ketchup , mayonnaise ,
chocolate and suchlike products.
Grama-settings can be made on touch-sensitive-screen according
to size of cups and grama-options. In case of no-existence of
product , again a warning message will appear on PLC screen
TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS :
CIP (self-cleaning system) and SERVO-MOTOR in filling station
are available and cost of them are included the price in this
machine. CIP system can be run automatically just buy a single
button on your demand at the end of production day or while
gettin into another product to be filled.
LAMINAR FLOW UNIT :
Hepa filter system is used on the top of the machine. This unit
will provide enviromental protection in the workspace , to get
rid of contaminated air and enables products to have longer
shelf-life. The laminar flow unit will have the following
specifications ; The hepa-filtre system will be used in the
machine. This system will be able to blow fresh air inside the
machine and this will continuously get the contaminated-air out
of the machine through the holes on each door thanks to hepa-filtre
placed on the top of the machine. Hepa-filtre in this machine
will be of “American air filtre mark” and will be manufactured
in Holland. Further the machine will have on its front side a
device called “pascal-metre” which will show you if the filtre
is still running properly and have usage-time. The hepa-filtre
will be “ASTROCEL-2”.
ELECTRICAL TABLEAU:
All kinds of possible faults can be monitored and solved just by
using PLC touch-sensitive-screen In case of shortage of air ,
machine stops running and give error message on PLC as to what
the problem(s) is and what is need to solve it.
In case of no-existance of cups or cups do not drop to holes on
rotary table , a warning message will appear on PLC screen
Grama-settings can be made on touch-sensitive-screen according
to size of cups and grama-options. In case of no-existence of
product , again a warning message will appear on PLC screen
If pre-cutted lids do not drop or lids on magazine go short
again a warning message will appear on PLC screen.
Resistances on sealing-heads is kept under control by PID
thermostat.
If pneumatic pistons do not work on time , the machine stop
running and again a warning message will appear on PLC screen as
to what the problem(s) is.
